Terri Abney (born February, 1990) is an American actress.[2] She played Monique "Money" Matters in the 2011 film Money Matters where she starred alongside Aunjanue Ellis.[3][4]

Abney played troubled inner-city teen Monique "Money" Matters in the 2011 movie Money Matters.[5] Discussing Abney's performance in the film, director Ryan Richmond said, "She gave a lot of herself. Her life was very similar to the character ... she just brought a level of honesty and vulnerability to the role that we couldn’t have asked for. As the lead character, we really needed that."[4]
